DESCRIPTION

In collaboration with our pals at Niagara Fit Studio, we’re going to be hosting a jam-packed workout + workshop event at their light-filled space in Niagara-on-the-lake! Trainers Jaclyn and Mike will be taking the group through a medium-intensity bootcamp class followed by snacks and a question and answer period with our chef Tania Ganassini, focusing on all things plant-based protein and workout fuel!
